ADDITIONAL TERMS OF IDENTITY RESCUE (ID Rescue) SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

The following is the Subscription Agreement between the provider of this membership program (“We” and “Us”) and the enrolled member of this membership program (“You”). UPON ENROLLMENT, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. WE URGE YOU TO READ THIS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND, IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, CONTACT US THROUGH ANY OF THE MEANS AVAILABLE AS POSTED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE OR ELSEWHERE ON THIS WEB SITE.

1. Membership Benefits. As a Member, You are entitled to use of all Identity Rescue program components and services. We reserve the right to add available benefits at any time, as well as the right to suspend or end the program or certain aspects thereof, without prior notice, in our sole discretion. Some benefits may not be available in certain areas, and as such we also reserve the right to add, suspend or end certain aspects of the program in certain geographic areas, without prior notice, in our sole discretion.

2. Use of Membership. Your membership is non-transferable. You agree that only You may use the membership. Benefits are not for resale.

3. Membership Term. Your membership is effective immediately upon registration. Unless You notify Us that You wish to terminate this Membership Agreement by following the instructions listed below in the paragraph titled “Termination of Membership”, you will be charged the current monthly or annual membership fee, according to your selection; after which Your membership will continue or renew automatically each month for monthly subscriptions, or each year for annual subscriptions, and You will be charged the then-current membership fee, until and unless such time as you notify Us of Your intent to terminate Your Membership. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the membership fee, and in the event We do so, We will provide You with 30 day notice on the Website, by email, or both. You agree that, unless You cancel Your membership prior to the effective date of the membership fee increase or decrease, You will be charged the new applicable membership fee on each periodic renewal date, and You authorize Us to charge the new applicable periodic membership Fee to Your Payment Source. You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to Your Payment Source by the issuer, bank, or financial institution including, but not limited to, membership, overdraft, insufficient funds, and over the credit limit fees.

4. Changes to Terms and Conditions. We may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify this Membership Agreement, including without limitation the Privacy Policy, with or without notice. Such modifications will be effective upon posting on the Program Website. You agree to review this Membership Agreement periodically on the Program Website. If you do not agree to any modification of this Membership Agreement, You must immediately cancel Your membership. Continuing Your membership following any such modifications will constitute Your acceptance of the modified Membership Agreement.

5. Termination of Membership. YOU MAY TERMINATE THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT AND YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME BY NOTIFYING US BY WRITING AT IMARKET CONCEPTS LLC, 990 W. ATHERTON DR., SUITE 200, SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 84123, OR BY TOLL FREE PHONE AT (866)749-2533. YOUR CANCELLATION WILL BE EFFECTIVE PROMPTLY UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST. YOU WILL NOT OWE ANY FURTHER MEMBERSHIP FEES AND WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF PAST FEES CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS. FOR ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS, YOU WILL BE ISSUED A PRO-RATA REFUND FOR ANY FULL, UNUSED MONTHS.

6. Disclaimer of Liability. You agree that We and our subsidiaries, partners, or affiliates are not responsible or liable for any Benefits provided through the Site, Your Membership, or by participating vendors. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE BENEFITS OR RELATED INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU. ADDITIONAL TERMS OF ESTATE PLANNING DOCUMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT

The following is the Agreement between the provider of this Estate Planning Document Service (“We” and “Us”) and the purchaser of our Estate Planning Document Service (“You”). UPON PURCHASE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. WE URGE YOU TO READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND, IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, CONTACT US THROUGH ANY OF THE MEANS AVAILABLE AS POSTED AT THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE OR ELSEWHERE ON THIS WEB SITE.

After sign up and payment of the agreed on price for our Estate Planning Document Service, you will receive guidance in understanding and completing the process of providing the appropriate information and having your Estate Planning Documents prepared, and the appropriate submission thereof, as described on the web site.

Guarantee

IF YOU ARE DISPLEASED WITH OUR SERVICE FOR ANY REASON YOU MAY TERMINATE THIS ESTATE PLANNING AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME WITHIN 60 DAYS OF PURCHASE BY NOTIFYING US IN WRITING AT IMARKET CONCEPTS LLC, 990 W. ATHERTON DR., SUITE 200, SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, 84123, OR BY TOLL FREE PHONE AT (866) 749-2533. YOUR CANCELLATION WILL BE EFFECTIVE PROMPTLY UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR CANCELLATION REQUEST. YOU WILL BE ISSUED A PROMPT REFUND FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE. YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO COMPLETION OF ANY UNFINISHED PART OF YOUR ESTATE PLANNING DOCUMENT SERVICE ONCE A REFUND HAS BEEN REQUESTED.
